Son under 21 whn applied, but now over 21 and not on the KCC 2nd package letter

My son was under 21 when i applied for the DV Lottery but now when i received the 2nd package list from KCC for CP Interview, his name is not listed there. How do i get this resolved?
Would he be qualified to attend the interview?
 
He was eligible if born after October, 1st 1986. But, there is some kind of formular LucyMO posted ago for that problem. Sorry, but I dont know in which thread.
 
you should do a search on Child status protection act. There is a formula in it which you can use to see if your child is still eligible for a visa.
