Son overage after petition approved

Hi. My dads sister filed a petition for my dad back in 1979. My brother was 1yr old back then, i was then born in 1980. The petition took REALLY long. And it was approved in 2001. Me, my mom, and my younger sister was able to go here, but my brother was over 21 by then.

Ihave been hearing from a lot people that we can file something so my brother can come over here as an immigrant as well.

Do we need to get a lawyer? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

my kids are in the same scenario...i am looking for answers as well...if i hear something or find something..i shall let you know. And can you please do the same. I am supposed to be consulting a lawyer by the end of this week. Again i will let you know what he/she says.
