Ok, so this is not a visa threat but there are a lot of smart and well travelled people here. Could you please tell me if I need a UK visa if I am catching a connecting flight out of Heathrow? I am an Indian citizen with a Green card.

My layover at Heathrow will be 2 hours max each way.

The info on the web is not very clear. Anyone?
 
Flying into and out of Heathrow with a GC requires NO transit visa.

"You will be exempt from the DATV requirement and may be able to transit without visa if you hold one of the following: A valid USA I-551 permanent resident card issued on or after 21 April 1998."
