Something is going to happen or Is it a standard format?

My rd is oct 17 2001.I got rfe and replied back on jan 23.Mt first FP is on mar 28 2002.No 2nd fp and no approval.i called NSC asked what is happeing with my case.he took my info and asked me to wait 3 to 4 weeks.
we got a letter from VSC after 2 weeks saying that i will hear someting after 60-90 days.

Is it a standard message or really they do something in this time frame.

Any body got this type of letter?

Please share your info.

My RD is 12/5/01. My lawyer enquired for me back in July. I received a letter stating: "Please allow 60-90 days for further inquiries on this case" meaning they done even expect anything to be done after that?
