My wife has received an RFE clearly asking her to complete the supplement to I693 for Immunization and send it back with the form I693 (which INS has sent with the RFE. There is a check box on the main form where the Dr has to say Immunization complete). I guess tINS is OK with other tests which were done last year. Is that right??

That is correct. As I have been seeing on this board and other cases, INS doctors sometimes \'forget\' to check off boxes and are extremely sloppy.
Just need one more visit to the doctor.
