Someone must be happy now!

5 weeks from now, Feb 03/2004 should be clear.

I scanned Feb 3, 2004's I140 data.
I found that out of total 76 I-140 on that day.

Nov 3: 3 approval, 1 RFE
Nov 1: 1 RFE
Oct 29: 2 RFE
Oct 28: 4 RFE
Oct 26: 1 approval
Oct 14: 1 approval

there is 57 received(no touched) cases waited for processing.

In this speed, I guess all could be processed in 5 weeks.

so, CSC must be processing Feb 2004's I-140 ,
although it's not so fast as JIT claimed.

From these data, I believe some members (LUD recently) on this forum
might be approved in these 3 days.
Congrat in advance.

I replied there.
thanks.

Thanks IWantFree.
My I-140 is on Feb-03 too (labor Subs.), but I guess USCIS still hasn't touched my case. Anyway, just the fact that they are processing Feb-03 cases makes me happy!
BTW, I did not find any reply to ss1123's... did I miss something?

I don't think you're right. If they're only processing 1-3 apps per day, then the JIT shouldn't move that fast..

My I-140 get approved on 11/3

The ND is 2/20/04. My I-145 (ND 3/16/04) was touched on 10/27, 11/3, 11/4 also. I suspect it will be approved shortly after. So the mass update on 10/27 might be a signal for mass approvals. Cheer up, everybody!

It's for only one day's result, case on Feb 03, 2003.
I did not scan whole month Feb ,2004.

Let's get some estimation here:

If we have whole database scanned :
For whole month, it's 20-60 cases per daily processing.
For whole year, it's 240-720 cases per daily processing.

So, for two weeks JIT processed report,
it's about 2400-7200 cases being processed among this period.

Compared to 800-1000 I-140 filing rate per month,
isn't that fast enough ?

Worried!

I am concerned that the LUD has changed couple times, but no news yet. Not to mention that the LUD change has caused me to focus all my energies on this whole GC thing.....

I found two cases has LUD on 11/04/04 today but not any message at all.
Maybe several cases including yours are being processed..
Be patient...

How did you find out about the LUD change, in the scan process or just reading from the posts? The reason I ask is that one of the scans I see in the posts, does not tell you about LUDs. My LUD changed on 10/27 too, I am worried/anxious.

after collecting all I140 number on my RD,
just type all I140 number into my prifolio...
isn't that simple?

Scanner: Mar 24th 140 case approved on Nov 1st

I was scanning for March 24th, 2004 records surprisingly found that March 24th I-140 case approved on Nov 1st.

Before this one there were 3 (three) I-140's but they were still showing rec'd on March 24th.

What does this mean? If we can find this guy, we can check whether his\her 485 was among mass update on 10/27 or not!

I couldn't scan beyond daily limit records, btw scanner numbers were not in the order.

Detail results?

I found totally I-140 7 approval/10 RFE after 10/27 on filing date Feb 3rd, 2004.
So, I do not think 10/27 LUD means anything. It's just about the time.

You results and mine just show somehow JIT will move-on.
And we could prepare for FAX/CALL.

By the way, could you somehow show the detail of your scanning results?
