I have my F1 VISA until June 2006.I had applied for another major, my I-20 was extended by my school until May 2007 to accomdate for this.
1.I plan to visit my home country in Dec 2005.Will there be a problem at the POE as my VISA expires before my I-20 does?
And also my I-20 was recently reinstated.During the reinstatement application my school's international Office asked me to submit my original I-94.After which i realised that it was unnecessary and a copy would suffice.Bottom line i have only a copy of I-94 and not the original.I sent a form G-8 which is for the return of original documents a couple of months ago.
2.is there a solution for this?
Was anybody else in a similar situation.Thanks in advance.
