Hi Everyone
My h1 expired in end of november .Our company applied for h1 extension with premium . It might have got approved by this time . Its been more than 3 weeks . I got an offer from other company . Whatif my current emplyer is not giving me the extension approval notice and other documents. Can i still transfer my h1 to new company .
I think many people might experienced my situation .
Pl advice me what to do , i donot want to loose this oppurtunity .
