Someone else's signature on the OCI

I am facing a strange dilemma. Received my OCI card a few months back but just a couple of days ago while I was reviewing it noticed that the someone else's signature is on my picture. Seems like the Indian consulate in Houston or Delhi, whoever is responsible put the wrong persons signature on the card. The cards for my wife and kids seem fine (hopefully the fingerprints are theirs :) )

Have been trying to call and talk to someone in the consulate in Houston but have never been able to reach a human. Multiple voice mails and an email have gone unanswered.

Not sure how to proceed. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any ideas I would be be glad to get help or direction.

I know about a Child OCI. Child had Valid PIO Card and on her PIO card was her Thumb impression. Child OCI was applied with Parents OCI and child is 7 year old and on OCI application Child signed her name(Signature Field). Later for OCI collection her PIO card and US passport was sent for OCI collection to Indian consulate new York and her OCI is signed by Vice Consul Pushpa Kumar and on her OCI card no Signature and Signature part is Blank and all the other information is correct. I don’t know if child will have problems for Entry to India or not. NYC consulate sent her OCI and U visa in US passport but they did not sent cancelled PIO Card.

@desibartender Unfortunately I live in Kansas City and want to avoid flying to Houston just to get this corrected.

At this time I am leaning towards filing a miscellaneous OCI services request and try to go that route.
