I want to use overnight DHL to mail my RFE to NSC. Is the NSC address sent by overnight DHL service the same NSC address sent by standard DHL?

I am too nervous to think and read at this moment. I have spent all my time and energy on this whatever you can describe immigration system.

NSC has listed the overnight address here:

They do not talk about regualr v/s overnight, but I think it should be the same, not sure though.
