Yes i did, and my brother too, in both cases he granted the green card for us.
He is well known by Miami immigration authourities.
Talk to him first, then you can decided either to go with him or not.

my husband was married to a biopolar and she put his ass in jail with a made up story.
my husband had a mistaminor without any condition of anything so he didn't do anything so he thought he was clear for is USC but the agent decide to denied him because of that and all the papers mention that she was sick in the head... but the agent didn't give a dam... he didn't know he need to wait 5 years after the case was closed so it will be 5 years in august that's why they mention to him he will be able to reapply then....
when he apllied for is usc he went by himself without a lawyer because he had a clear mind but the agent denied it! for the apeal he hired a lawyer but she wasn't good so he didn't win in apeal. this time we need a good lawyer to make sure his going to be ok!
