My wife is filing her conceurrent i-140 / 485 and I am filing as a dependent.
The lawyers have not yet filed it but are waiting for us to send them documents.
Meanwhile, we both have new jobs and have to relocate from Connecticut to New Jersey. She will stay with her present employer but I would be changing my employer.
My questions are:
1. Is there a problem if I change my employer? If my I-140/485 application gets filed, do I have to inform of employment change?
2. We have yet to do our medicals. Is it preferred we do our medicals from a doctor in the new state of residence (NJ) ?
3. Is it better to just send in the application with old info (old address, my old employment info, medical from present state) and then apply for address change?
