Some urgent I485 Questions

Came to US on Company A's H1B
Worked for Company A for 31/2 years
Got LC and I140 Approved
Moved to Company B( One of those dot com days)
applied for LC in different State
LC Pending
Resigned from Company B
Moved back to Company A got H1 transfered (6 years expires in Sep 03)
Started working for Company A, getting Paid by Company A

Can i apply 1485 or should i start from Zero

U can do I485

If company has not substituted somebody on the approved I140 and if company can provide support docs about the position still existing (if asked by INS), I do not see any problems in proceeding with I485

they didnot use the LC and I140 for somebody. I just want to make sure I am ok with the process. Can u please explain What should the company provide interms of Support doc's.

They should provide employement letter when you file your 485 along with the I-140 approval notice and LC docs.

We just got the H1 Approved and am on the payroll for the last month. Since I am planning to apply 485 only in Nov due to marriage issues i should have few Paychecks by then
