Hello, i´m from Bolivia - Southamerica, two weeks ago i´d received a letter for the KCC (winner of the DV lottery 2006), my case number is between 500 and 600, I allready send the papers to the KCC office last week.
1. When do you think the interview would be scheduled ?
2. I´ll inmigrate with my wife and a 2 yrs old daughter, what would be the best evidence of support, I´ll live in a cousins house and i have a job offer letter.
3. What is an Affidavit of Support, and how do i get one ?

Thanks a lot

Hi!
1.- It's depends on your case number...
2.- The job offers it's ok.
3.- The Affidavit of Support it's to prove that you and your family will not be a public charge, even if you have a job offer, your cousin could make one for you to present in your interview...

Saludos

questions

thanks for your answer, one more thing, where i can get a model of the Affidavit of support in order to fill it up, or how can I or my cousin do it

Thanks

the 3 years of taxes apply only in family immigration (affidavit I-864). For I-134 affidavit a letter from work will be enough.

Get all the other documents and translations ready in advance.

Hi LucyMo..I have a question..

My sister-in law send us an I-134, everething it's ok, but she makes a mistake in the age of my wife, she is 33 and the doc says 44, but everything else it's ok,
I'm the principal applicant and all my information, name, age, address, it's ok...

do you think that in my interview the consul reject that AOS???

Thanks...

Mario

P.S.: My interview it's on June 20th...

NO letter from work

If somebody wins in the DV 2006, and does not has any relatives in the US, what would be considered as a substitute of an affidavite of support in order to pass the VISA interview?

get her to fax/mail you another CORRECT copy. The consul may not even ask for an affidavit of support. If they ask, and see a mistake, they may ask you to submit a correct copy.
