Hi,I just got my 730 approved mail, it's means next yeay I can apply GC!
I'm so happen. I'll travel to Mexico and others S. American countries (not my
home country) in Chrismas or new year!
I have some questions:

1) besides RTD(refugee travel document), May I apply RP(reentry permit) or (Apadvance parole)?

2) In form 131, the 3rd question is " Class of Admission" ? How I must fill out?? "RTD" or "Asylee"

3) Since I'am appling for the initial EAD, so I don't need to pay $180 base fee, plus $70 biometrics services fee , right???

4) I just want to file I-131 & I -765 together, Where I must file?

5) which category for me in I-765? also A05 or others?

I appeciate you if you can give me some idea!!!

Dear wantmygcnow, you are a very kind man and I see you help many people here,Could you give me a hand??? Thank you!!! :p

If your I-730 was recently approved, then you are a derivative refugee or asylee through your petitioner. So that is what you put under the "class of admission" question.

You can only apply for RTD. Reentry permit is for permanent residents. Advance Parole is to parole someone who is otherwise inadmissible, into the US.

Your initial EAD is free if you have been admitted as refugee or asylee, which means that yours is. And you need to file it at the NSC (Nebraska). As well as your I-131, NSC.
