The Affidavit of support is a form that is filled up by a US Citizen or by a Permanent Resident to show that after you come in the US you will not become a public burden, that if you don't have a place to stay or money to live, the person that signed the form is responsible. SOme times it is hard for people outside to get one filled out as they don't know anyone in the US, in this case they show a bank statement that shows that they have money to get started in the US.

2: I can make translatio o documents at any translator agrees or must call the embassy t ask them if there is one translator who work with them ?

You need form I 134 or I 864, some confusions here of which form you should use, so better get both and see which one they ask for, you can find the forms on the USCIS website under forms. Regarding the Passport and your baby, I am not sure, but I would say that the baby needs a separate pasport as the baby gets a separate visa and green card so hurry up and make a passport for your baby( how old is your baby?) Regarding translations, oficial translations work, translations made by offices that are certified in making english translations.
