hello guys i pass exam one moth ago i didnt recived OL in chicago d off
can i go without infopass its help me b/c infopass waiting longperiod is this good to go without infopass for ask what tell me answer wait for replyyyyy
 
back in the day we could just go to the DO however it took all day to see an IO. Infopass is a wonderful idea

What do you mean by waiting longperiod? Currently, Chicago DO Infopass appointments are fully booked one week in advance. You can book an Infopass for next Tuesday or Wednesday (17th, 18th). They won't let you in without an appointment.

They have up to 120 days after interview to provide you with an answer. At the Infopass you can ask them if there has been any update in your case and if they can tell you when you can expect an answer (they may just end up informing you of 120 day after interview rule if they have no update on file).
 
any problem created after you pass exam and mark congraslation i see hereforum mostly people recived oath letter any thing wrong or they forget to send me letter
tell me what reason if i hve no objection in my n 652 finish in all 20 mins provide everything marrige certif , dob ,idl il, bank sta ,ssl old and new gc with all passports now what reason for late this stupid thing for legal alian

Most likely your case is just waiting for standard supervisor approval. No need to worry , you'll get your oath letter soon.
 
I have been waiting for about 5 weeks after the interview. I can't do anything until 120 days' deadline but have my 8 USC 1447(b) ready to file on 121 days and ask Judge to get me the Oath. I have been sick n tired with all those USCIS silly games....
