Some movements of Dec cases today

Hey guys, discovered today Dec cases have some movements after several days of drought

2 approvals of 063 series(second FP)
1 RFE of 063 serie
1 approval of 065 serie (FP expired)
1 RFE of 066 serie
1 RFE of 067 serie
2 transfers of 069 series
1 REF of 069 series
2 approvals of 070 series
1 RFE of 070 series
1 transfer of 072 series

Just scanned(only untouched cases, I don't scan RFE cases). Drought for days.

How do you know they were 2nd FP approvals??

6350246, first fp 2/27, second 6/30/03
6350270.

After all these scans, what do think - where is VSC now as far as approval of 2nd FP case (FP 6/14/2003, Scheduled date 7/2/2003)? Is the waiting time of 4-6 weeks starts from scheduled date or actual FP date? Any thoughts?

I belong to 02-099 series and there have been no approvals lately from this series. Could you pl let me knkw how to scan for this series?
I am getting concerned now because I completed 15 months of FP on 24th July.

not to discourage you but my lawyer told me yesterday that it is taking 8-10 weeks after 2nd FP. (He might be trying to avoid me) Its more then 8 weeks (2nd FP on May 28) for me. No update on my case.

I did my first FP in first week of FEB'02. Till Date NO 2nd FP Notice....

What should I do????

cat &mouse, I didn't receive 2nd fp either.

To my surprise. I just scanned some old Nov cases, and found what, you know? Nov cases are as not completed as Dec, actually worse. Many cases still untouched...... VSC goes on and on to a new month RD each month, leaving untouched cases there forever, that's so unfair.
