Some interesting info about EAD

My wife received EAD approval notice, but never received the actual EAD card. She went to local INS, but they asked her to come after 90 days of approval date. Recently she went again after 90 days, they issued her EAD card valid only for 90 days) and also told her that they(local INS) will not issue her EAD card anymore. It has to come from Vermont. Now the lawyer says that the EAD must be misplaced/lost and so asked to file for EAD again. Back to square-one.

I dont think you need to file for ead again..Call up INS and tell them that you havent received the EAD card..Most probably they will send it again after verifying your mailing address..

Same for me too...

My wife didn\'t receive the EAD Card.
Lawyer says that it is not a problem. They received the approval notice and can request for the CARD once again. I will let you know in couple of days what my lawyer is doing upon this issue.
