My friend called me yesterday to tell me he got a RFE regarding his and his son\'s medical exam. I know his Lin# is 00249 in EB2. Is NSC beginning to work on this time frame case? I am surprised.

I know his PD is 98/2 and either RD or ND is on 8/30/00 but not sure.

If the LIN is 249 then 08/30/00 should be the ND. I had a LIN of 241 as my ND was 08/23/00. Thanks for sharing the info.

His RD is 8/16/01, and ND 8/30/01 from P.R.China. The RFE is for missing record (the whole envelope) of his and his son\'s medical examination.
