Regarding the cases that didn't have fingerprints taken yet, I think that those are folks that abandoned their case (moved back home and never received/responded to fingerprint appointment notice or moved and didn't update INS on new address). Does that make sense?

But I recd my FP notice about 1 yr 1 1/2 months after the RD and I know guys who applied before me are still waiting for their FP.
