Some info about 800 #

I just called the 800# and one of the messages it gave me was that the best times to call are 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 4 to 6 PM tuesday to friday.

Has anyone ever had any impact on their cases through either fax or phone or email followups? Seriously, I want to know if this is just a waste of our time. From what I have seen, seems like the 800 nunmber is geared to servicing the illegal immigrants with a majority of Spanish speaking operators who have no clue as to what we are going through. Am I wrong?

I think that the Hispanic operator is going to be as close as you can get to J Lo. Why don't you ask her if she is single and available? Who knows, may be she'll have a much softer spot for you (no pun intended)! I'm off for some Spanish lessons.
