Hi Guys


This must be a Ray of Hope for all ppl waiting to hear something from USCIS.

I am NJ filer
RD : 04/02/02
ND : 04/15/02
1st Fp 06/07/2002


I got my 2nd FP Notice after 2 years of my RD. I received Notice on 04/02/04.
I am scheduled for 2nd FP on 05/15/2004

I saw other ppl posting from NJ saying got 2nd FP Notice too.

Does going to 2nd FP early helps ???
AnyIdea What is Time Frame for Approval after 2nd FP !!!

Plz Post details here so we know How many have recived 2nd FP Notice and How many are waiting

is scheduled on 04/22 @ newark, and i am from NJ

Rd: 04/30/02
Nd: 05/04/02

Can anyone explain how long does it take for approval from this point??

It does not help.

early FP does not help. it didnt help for me and so many others. It just create anther waiting game frustration...

Did u recive your 2nd FP.
rblmc, I know we are in same boat same details, I think you should get notice this week if you have not got one.
Keep us posted when you get ur 2nd FP notice

I recently changed my address, and informed VSC about my change (thru letter and by telephone).

I hope they don't send my FP notice to my old address.
Will the service center send FP notice, or it it some other office ?

I have seen lot of NJ ppl posting of getting 2nd FP notice scheduledsomewhere between last week of April to last week of May.
Even of our Friend Edison_NJ who has been waiting so long finally heard something on his case.
rblmc, You will surely get 2nd Fp notice. let me know

SO guys Don't loose hope.

We all will be approved , lets hops and pray for everyone of us that we get Approval in 3-4 weeks after 2nd FP

today i received fp2 notice for my wife. nothing for me. is there anyone with similar case. i dunno when i will get. i changed address sometime back. dunno they updated that or not. my wife has received address rfe for ead so it seems her got updated because of that ead rfe and she received fp2 notice and not me. i dunno what to do.

I am sure you will get one.
Otherwise you can call USCIS to check.
When is your wife scheduled for 2nd FP ???

lawyer also gets a fp2 notice copy ? or only the applicant.

fp2 notice for my wife is on 15th may
