Some good news for a change

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that a colleague of mine has got his 140 and 485 approved. His was a September, 2003 EB3 application. Be patient. I think there is light at the end of the tunnel.
 
Personally I think there was a lengthy processing pause of >5 months after ohata memo came through. But I think things are moving for eb2 and eb3 now. The next 6 months should be significant.
 
I desperately hope you are right!!

I hope the light stays and there are no power cuts inside the tunnel ! :)

I happened to check CSC 140 forum and to my surprise 140 & 485 cases of Nov/Dec are being cleared with great pace over there. Seems like the officers @ CSC have changed their diet to spicy food ! Here are some examples(there are many more approvals @ CSC) !

1) My 1-140 was approved on Sep 27th, 2004 and today Oct 7,2004 (few mins earlier) I got approval emails for I-485.

I140/I485 RD Dec 15th 2003-MidSize company.
I-140 LUD changed on Sep 27- Approval email on Sep 28th.
I-485 LUD changed on Sep 27,28,30 and Oct7th- Approval email on 7th..


2) Approved finally!!!!

LC filed Nov 2000
140 Filed Nov2003
485 filed Feb 2004
Both approved on Sept 30th.
Received Notice of approval by mail on Oct 6th.

3) Approooooooooved !!!!

both today from USCIS after 3 year + wait.

485 - RD 11/17/2003, EAD, AP approved before no RFE.
AD 10/05/2004.

Waiting for the postal mail. Hope you guys get yor approvals soon.
 
I do not know about NSC. Hope the same thing happens soon
