I am sorry, if these questions already has been answered but as I could not find a simple answer, I have to ask again:

I have just 9000 Euros in my account which are not enough for me and my wife but she has also about 15000 Euros in her account. Is it possible that we shell bring bank statments from both of us at the time of interiew or it is better to have the whole amount in my account?

I have got a Police Clearence certificate from Russia. Do I have to attest it in my country from the Russian embassy or just a translation in English will be enough?

You dont have to transfer the money into one account, just bring the 2 separate bank statements and you marriage certificate.If you transfer the money it will be difficult to prove that it was from you wife.They accept that both funds belong to both of you solemnised by the marriage institution.

I would contact the (Russian) embassy in the country that you will have your CP interview and see whether they can do an 'official' translation into English, or at least to the native language of the European country you are in now.
