My I-130 was approved a couple years ago when my mother filed for me. My mother is a permanent resident and I'm over 21. Now, I recently got married to a US citizen.
We are gonna be filing the new I-130 through spouse. Do I have to call and get the old I-130 canceled first?????
I called the uscis customer service number and was told once I'm married, the old I-130 would automatically is canceled/closed as I no longer fit in that category.
So, can i go ahead with the new i130 through my wife???
