Please advise me what shall I do. When I requested them again they told me that they will refer my case to INS back. Any one can save me from this trouble by giving a good advise. Thanks in advance..
Normally the international office of school that processes your F1 has liason with local SS office and can get your SS application processed. Your SS card however may have the stamp allowed work with INS authorisation only.
