Lets do a head count of all the ppl still waiting for approval! Sorry about not including EB1s, PDS and other details. Cannot fit more than 10 options.

Looking at the results till now, the transferred cases really got the short end of the stick. What a joke!! Just 13% of cases originally filed at TSC are still pending and the overwhelming majority of pending cases are the transferred ones, who are at no fault and did not ask to be transferred. We were happy at VSC, thank you. Talk about some rotten luck!
 
looking at the graphs most of the people still waiting are EB3 RD 2004. Looks like most people with RD prior to 2004 are approved. I am hoping most people with RD 2004 will get clear this month.

Still Waiting for the 'Approval'

Hey Folks,
We are also in the same boat, Got FP2 notice on pending 485 last week and is going for the same on 07/13/07, Not sure whether they have assigned it to the officer at TSC.
