Reading through some threads I saw a few cases of July 01 filers still not approved....This is outrageous. I can't imagine what the delay could be....This just raises concern for everyone who thinks that there case is just around the corner (including myself), but we may be one of the unlucky ones who are left dwindling without a reason as to why their case is taking so long.....

I try to be optomistic but when you see such instances where people have been waiting for over 21 months it just hits home that things could get ugly.....:eek:

That was stupid habib bringing back a post from 5/6/2002! Thats 2002!!

I dont understand what that guy's problem is. I guess he is just a loser who wants attention! so sad! :(

No wonder if still some july filer left out!!!

Of course this is not 485 related issue but to inform how efficient VSC is. My I-140 filed two years ago and not yet approved!!!!. Luckily, our group was bought by other company and amended I-140 approved with in 5 months.
