I was refused entry back into the US by immigration at Nassau. We were all fingerprinted but i was the only one Interviewed. My wife and child had already had their passports stamped but were told to accompany me. If we change both their passports will they be allowed in under the VWP. They cannot get a B visa as the embassy doesnt beleive we have enough ties.

Only way is you worked out with embassy and let them issue B visa.
Even though passport got renewed, they still need to answer the question in I-94W and it shows past visa denial. Then, they will scrutinize and may or may not let you and your family into the US.
