So Far, Subst Cases Inherit the PD of the Labor Cert Being Used

Original Labor date is your PD.

As UN said, original labor date will be PD. Take my case as an finest example to conclude......

My company filed my 140 on sub labor in dec 2004, but delayed my 485 due to some reasons and filed in January 2005 ( Note: mine is EB3 and retrogression effected country and 140 still pending).

So, I was able to file 485 means USCIS consider the PD as original labor date.

Thank you, UN. My lawyer also strongly believes PD of sub-LC is original LC PD. Though I doubted it. It a big firm in bay area.
But since it's grey area, USCIS may change its policy anytime base on the credibility history of USCIS. I'm still not confident on this topic.
