So far 5 cases approved for ND 2000

Hi Guys,

From Immitracker we have 5 cases have been approved for ND DEC 2000 as of Oct 01, 2001. If this trend continues, INS will clear all the cases upto ND March 01, 2001 by Dec 31, 2001. What you guys think?

How VSC is going to process here after? Especially after sep 11th.
Any thoughts? Please write any posiive information...

First, INS is going by RD not ND. You will find a lot of cases where the gap between the RD and ND is huge.
Second, if you are making your projection just based on numbers from Immitracker, keep in mind we do not know what percentage of people have posted their details on this site and also it takes some time for those who have posted their details to post their approval dates.
Third, the confusion about the target date of 3/28/01, needs to be resolved, i guess we\'ll know when the next reports is out from VSC.
It sounds possible that March may be done by the year end, but i would think expecting Feb to be done is more realistic. The dates have moved from 10/1 to 11/15 in the last 2 months.
