So Confusion EAD Current Immigration Status

As I-485 pending holder, I try to renew EAD, (first time do by myself, last time filed with I-485).
Current Immigration Status field, what should I put:
Pending AOS (My company HR people suggest)?
H1B? ( Since I have not used my EAD. still employed by H1B)
I-485 pending?

Anyone has the same case:
* I - 485 filed after 180days,
* has not changed employer, still employed by company sponsor both H1B and GC

What do you put when you filed and get approved recently?
 
Are you sure you got the correct form? I just checked my I-765 form (also for renew EAD) which was filled in by my attorney, I didn't see any field asked about the current status.
 
If EAD not used...

IF EAD has not been used.. and you are in H1B status. then indicate that you are in H1b status.

Thats what I did and My EAD got approved yesterday.

I just attached the documents as listed in EAD applications thats all.
I did not enclose H1 approval notice
 
In my case used Advance Parole (AP) to come back to USA. I filed my H1 extension before going to India and H1 extension got approved when I came back to USA using AP. My H1 extension is now valid till June 2005.

Now my question is : What is my status now? Am I on H1 or EAD?
