So Confused! I-130

In the first package he sent the I-864, G-325A, I-485 and all the photos, relationship affidavit and requirements as proof of your wedding.

Did you mis-type? That is not possible that he sent the first packet without the I-130. You could only file the I-485 AFTER I-130 has been approved.

I checked the forms that we filed the first time, he gave us to choices the first was to send half of the forms and after received the approval send the other ones, or the second one was to filed everything at the same time, the difference was the price cause she told us that the timing was almost the same. So we chose the first option. In the first package he sent the I-864, G-325A, I-485 and all the photos, relationship affidavit and requirements as proof of your wedding.
This second time he is asking for a medical test, and with that also will send I-765, I-864 and I-485 (again). He told us that the license to work arrives in around a month and the other paperwork takes like 6 months. but we never received a biometrics appointment letter

this is just a bunch of BS. I have no words. practice of the immigration law is the last thing he should do. Report him to the California state bar.
Even if you confused I-485 for I-130 in the first case, why would he be sending I-864 with it or saying that the EAD arrives within a month?
You should sue your lawyer. Oh Lord

We will not sue, sorry if I'm a mess with all the forms :(
We make the decision and I'm going back to Mexico, we will do it in the best way possible and I think it is through NVC.
Really appreciate all your advice.

After I-94 replacement

I am married to a American Citizen and we got married filed a i-130 and got approved but the letter says" The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an adjustment of status", I have no criminal record and came to EE.UU legally with a I-94 in 2000, but I lost the I-94 (I have my passport) After that I filed for a I-94 replacement and got it. Now what I do next if everything is approved and ready, should I go with my husband and the approved letters to Immigration?
