I first blasted the informations that INS is getting ready for a mass RFE/ interview. The amount of harash comment I had encounter from different laid off/ fake degree holder from this site was overwhelming. To all my silent and regular candidate:

Reality is bad now but only for fake degree holder/ laid off/ fired employee (dma-va/ric2/pateintGC/futuregen1 etc). Not for you guys who has a job and has a legitimate degrees. But

1. I heard that INS will ask hell of lots of question if you have BA or MA in philoshophy (just an example) and working as IT professionals. That means clear, as a professional, you must have a related professional degree from an accerediated institution. If they feel suspecious they will hold your case and will review your education from independent sources just to see the legitimacy. Its a known facts in INS, 20% of applicants form body shop got fake degrees.

2. INS will also be tough for pay stub. Must have recent pay stub. INS will not consider laid off candidates. INS wants to see you are not going to be a burden for this country.

3. If you are a muslim candidate as I am, INS dont need any excuse for these candidates. you know what I mean.

So its pretty straight forward, if you dont fall abovementioned category then dont panic.

Like where did you get your confidential info. Do you work for the INS? Have you hacked to their main server? You have friends who got RFEs belonging to Sept/Oct 2001 Rds? Can you provide a URL that explains more about your allegations?

Pls. habib, dont disappoint us now, have your 'tips' confirmed.

I saw 17 approvals in my mail folder today morning. Speaks volumes of RFEs/Layoffs that Habibi is talking about.

Habibi, I understand u r issuing RFEs to all fake degrees/layoffs at INS where u r working (in trash recycling dept., ofcourse), but how come ur silent and regular "candidate", are never congratulated by u when they get approved.

If u were face to face and presented the kind of logic u provide on this forum for ur statements, u won't be able to believe ur condition at that time.

BTW, guys, Habibi sees Ajmeri Baba of Dish Networks fame for it's "predictions". :p ;) :D

I am reading your postings for a long time. I am not a muslim. This posting by you irritated me. Why your are posting a message by saying INS prefers Muslim religion. I think you are having fun at the expense of all other guys who are posting replies to your messages. Please don't use religion as an covinient way of hiding from/abusing other persons. I strongly believe that you are not a muslim. If you are a muslim, I feel you are doing a harm to your religion by posting these kind of postings. If you want to post messages, fine post it but don't mention religion.

U didn't understand this part of Habibi's mail. "It"didn't say INS is favoring Muslims but actually said otherwise. It is so guilt conscious that it is preparing itself for any RFE from INS already on a Muslim background.

Actually, Habibi is so naive as to claim itself being a Muslim just becuase it is born that way. None of its emails put it under any religion/tribe etc.


I guess as and when Habibi gets an RFE, it will be for something very unique, never heard of (may be for gender being "IT"). ;) ;)

Habibi has never heard of good muslims like great Md. Rafi (the singer), who I personally adore like the best human being I have ever known.

I just got an approval three days ago. I do not see any signs of mass RFE's. I did read your posting a week ago about mass RFE's and lost sleep over it. But it proved to be full of hot air. Guys out there! do not believe this person.

I do not know if others have fake certificates, but atleast none of them post messages that are grammatically deficient. It is a shame that you can not even spell simple words. If your spoken english is as bad as you write, If at all you are ever called for an interview, I do not know if the INS officer would discrimnate you because of what religion you belong to but she would definitely discriminate you for appaling language skills. At that point they will definitely assume that the degree that you have is a fake one. Becuase nobody that has a real degree could write or speak so badly. So my advice to you is, to stop posting messages and scaring people and spend that time improving your language skills. May be you will stand a chance, when the day comes.
