Snapshot without a case status??

Hi, guys, i just got the snap shot of my pending case.(EB3,RIR,NY,PD 4/2002. 45 day letter last Nov.) Since I didn't hear anything about this case since i replied the 45 day letter, i asked my lawyer to get a snap shot. What's strange is that the snap shot has no case status on it. All the other informations are there like my case#, my name, my company name...etc. Is this normal?? Thanks a lot!

I am in the same situation. does the screenshot confirms 45 days ack is received. Pls reply or post it. In my case, there was confusion, attorney says he has replied, but I want to make sure it.
Also, how long it took to get a reply.
