SLUD on 140 after 485?

I am wondering if you get a SLUD on 140 after 485 is filed and linked to a 140 that was filed a month ago?

I am from retrogressed country (India) and my PD is march 2007 EB2. I received a RFE from USCIS first week of may and we replied backl to it. It was RFE regarding employer's A2P. USCIS received our response and since then I have seen three SLUD on my 1-140. Today I saw SLUD on my I-485 and I-140. What does that mean? Any guesses?
