Slowness fro I-140 A&B E1-E2

I cannot believe they are still processing the cases with RD: 06/21/01. About a month ago, they were processing 06/20/01 !! Does anyone know what happen to this category?
Is anyone applying for I-140 in this category? My RD is 09/11/01.
Also, would someone tell me what is ND? RD is receipt date, AD is approved date. What is ND? Thanks a lot !!

The EB1 processing date has been stuck in June since August!

My EB1 was submitted in May. Still waiting. The attorney
said that EB-1 is currently moving at couple days per month.
We all went on the wrong track. EB2/3 is a lot faster.
