NSC is again lagging back from even generating RFE's. They haven't moved a bit from LIN02087xxxxx cases. Again EAC approvals some more cases every week as always.

Soon it would come to a grinding halt.....end Sept is the time of year when they do their annual audit.

Lets hope 2004 fiscal year is better, at the minimum, back to 2002 levels.
