Firstly, nobody here knows anything accurately for sure. 98% of us think we know a lot and speculate.
Secondly, please get your facts straight before correcting somebody else. From "garg_gaurav"'s post it is clear that he is just saying that before election, if any bills had to pass then then it was time (when he posted that message..which is..Oct 26th) . He also mentions that congress will reconvene (look up the word in a dictionary; also, he implicitly means that the congress will reconvene after the elections - this would be clear to anybody knowing the context and have the knowledge of what is going on) for a lameduck session. So I think "garg_gaurav" is crystal clear. I guess YOU should have some sort of knowledge before correcting somebody else.
Thirdly, "garg_gaurav" has got the date of recovening also right. It is indeed November 13th. Check out the 3rd line on the first paragraph of this article -
