got interview date for 28th May..

Hey ! does anyone know what does"Petitioner and all other Beneficiary(s) must be persent" mean?? Who\'s is the "petitioner" and who is the "beneficiary"?? Does it mean that the employer needs to be there aswell....I havent heard that before....?? It also says that bring "A current Letter of Employment for you,The Petitioner and the Co_sponsor(salary,startdate,and position)"......what does this mean??
I\'m still confused about the PETITIONER AND BENEFICIARY.?? WHOS\'S WHO?
