Please help me with the following questions
1. If there is change in employment, is there a requirement on size of new company in terms of number of employees, revenue etc?
2. Is there a way to find out if policy of present company is to revoke I140 after employee leaves? (I'm not sure the company lawyer will not suspect me of deserting if I ask him this question directly)
3. If new company requires candidates to have permanent residency status does having EAD qualify?
4. Does the change in employer process have affect on spouse EAD and job status? (Spouse is derivative)
Any advice would be appreciated.
