Please help me with the following questions
1. If there is change in employment, is there a requirement on size of new company in terms of number of employees, revenue etc?
2. Is there a way to find out if policy of present company is to revoke I140 after employee leaves? (I'm not sure the company lawyer will not suspect me of deserting if I ask him this question directly)
3. If new company requires candidates to have permanent residency status does having EAD qualify?
4. Does the change in employer process have affect on spouse EAD and job status? (Spouse is derivative)

Any advice would be appreciated.

No, but the offer of the new company must be genuine. If it's a really small company USCIS might question it, but I've not heard of any cases.

That's a question only the company can answer.

It depends; in 99% of cases the two are functionally equivalent. I would suggest, however, that if you claim to be a PR when you are not, the company could dismiss you without compensation. I prefer to say "I do not require visa sponsorship".

Only if your I-485 is denied.
