It's been six weeks since our case was approved; but havent received green card.. approval letter shows july1st approval; website shows july 15 approval; tried the 800 number too..but no luck.
How can I talk to customer service on 800 number..it doesnt give an option to transfer to customer service... my wife is on F1 and we gave the approval letter to her student advisor, but he said he is not going to update SEVIS status until we receive the green card...I want to move from here because of my job, but now just waiting for green card so we could give it to him. I tried to tell him, that her status changes as soon I applied for her 485 but he doesnt understand it and I could nt find an immigration site or published document from immigration that could explain this.
