My sister wants to invite her younger brother who is married and 37 yrs old man to visit her in US for about a month.
My sister holds green card and she got it through asylum.
My brother is trying to get visa on a travel document. What are the chances of getting a visitor's b/2 visa for her brother?
She got about 40 thousand dollar bank saving letter to show at the embassy for her brother but she got no other property and she got 2 kids in USA.
Does she qualify as a sponser? She sent,, I-134, affidavit of support form- notarized,
letter to embassy- notarized. invitation letter, bank account verification letter, employment letter, copy of her green card back and front and copy of her social security card, and w2 tax return copy.
What else she needs to send?
All her brother has to show at the interveiw is, letter of employment , and statement from his area's cheif saying he is that,, he wil come in end of july to resume work. He has no property and just new bank account with few lahks.
What's ur suggestions?
THank you
