Sister sponsored Green Card (F4) Catogory.

Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen by naturalization but was born in Karachi,Pakistan. my sister has filed F4 petition in Mar 2006. my petition was sent to National Visa Center in Oct, 2009.I did not hear any thing since. My question is since I am a Canadian citizen since 1985, how long more time, any one think will it take.I would greatly appreciate response from Mr.Rajiv or any forum member. thanks and regards. Current visa bulletin indicates F4 category visa is available for petitions filed on or before May 2001. You have at least 5 more years to go.
Your Canadian citizenship does not change anything.
