Single member LLC giving letter for TN visa

hI,
i'm a Mexican citizen who worked 7 years in the US with a TN Visa . I returned to my country and my employer asked me to set up an LLC company to be able to work remotely from Mexico. I'm a single member LLC now.

I'm wondering If I can give myself an offer letter to get a TN visa with my LLC. (Can I give a letter to someone else to get a TN visa and work for me?)
From time to time, the company i develop software for asks me to come to the US for meetings or requirements gathering.

P.S. I pay taxes in the U.S.
I appreciate it in advance

Your client is the one who must sponsor your TN. Same for any employee you might send.

Once you live in Mexico, why would you pay US taxes?

Hi, and thanks for your prompt reply.
I pay taxes in U.S. because of the LLC being set up there and the payments are going to my business account in the U.S.
Client pays consulting firm, and consulting firm pays my LLC.
Thats why I was unsure If I could write offer letter for TN Visa. Since my LLC is already a company registered in the U.S.

I appreciate any help in advance.
Thanks;)

Ok, so If I need to enter the U.S. for a day or two (let's say meetings) I should enter as tourist?

I'm trying to find out if having this LLC in the US is a good idea, or If I should push the consulting firm to get a TN Visa.
I would still be doing remote work though (don't know if that matters) , I wouldnt be physically in the U.S.

You typically can enter US on a business visitor (B1) status, if your work meets certain requirements, and you are not paid directly by the US firm.
But, since TN is so easy to get, I would ask for US firm (not yours) to get you this.

You probably should not be using the US LLC if you now live in Mexico, as you are being taxed there unneccesariuly
