Singapore Date specific PCC received

Hi,

I have received my Singapore PCC. It states as follows

"This is to certify that MR. X
has no criminal record with this Department in Singapore from
4 November 1996 to 29 October 1997."

But,

My first stay was from 4 November 1996 to 29 October 1997.
My second stay was from 6 February 1998 to 10 June 1998.

The second stay has not been mentioned.

Is this good and acceptable by the Chennai Consulate? Please advise.

I think it\'s better to get it for your full stay rather than for a partial stay. So why don\'t you call them and enquire about this matter. Their phone nos are (65) 6437-4561 & they respond pretty quick.

How long did it take to get the PCC from them. I have sent them my application 10 days back & the web site says 2 weeks at most. What is your experience?
 
3 weeks to get Singapore PCC

Hi Newsy,

It took me 3 weeks to get the Singapore PCC. Also the number has changed. It is 65-64358275. You should receive it in another 2 weeks.

I checked with my lawyer about the certificate and they said its fine.
Not convinced i sent an e-mail to the Chennai Consulate. The answer was vague. They replied that
"More than 6 months of stay in Singapore, PCC is required."

I still dont know what to do. Any help from previous CPers would be helpful.

Yeah, I will wait for another week and call them if I don\'t receive it by then. Anyway thanks for the updated numbers.
