Simultaneously- Canadian citizenship and US immigration

I am going to file my Canadian citizenship in last week of March 2009 and I would say it may take 7-8 months in whole process if everything goes smooth. In mean time my US application is also going for CP (just I-824 approved) and it may take pretty much same time (7-8 months) as my priority date is current. I am living and working in Canada.

Steps for Canadian citizenship ( file application, application receive notice, written test date, written test, oath date, oath and get Canadian citizenship card, applying for Canadian passport).

Steps for CP ( I140 approved, fee receipt, immigrant visa application (formerly Packet 3), sending all document to NVC, Appointment Package for Immigrant Visa Applicants (formerly Packet 4), interview at Montreal, Immigration visa stamp, applicant cross the border and get I551 stamp).

1. Just wondering, any precautions/suggestions that I need to take care?

2. Order of the steps which I suppose to delay (as I can not make early) when both the process are going simultaneously.

3. Do I need to get US immigration visa+ I551 stamp before Canadian oath as my Indian passport will not be valid after Canadian citizenship card? Or does not matter?

Thanks..

Just don't use your Indian passport after you become a Canadian citizen, since the passport will no longer be a valid document.

Thanks Triple Citizen.

It seems there is no problem getting US immigration visa stamp on Canadian passport even my whole US immigration was going on Indian passport?
