simple AP application question

Does anyone know what "class of admission" means on the AP I-131 form? It's #3 on the application. I've looked everywhere but cannot figure out what it refers to. Would GREATLY APPRECIATE any help those of you with previous experience could provide. THANK YOU!!!

After reading the thread I'm still not sure if it refers to last port of entry or current status, but I thank you for your kindness and help.
