As per AC21 law, when you switch the job, the new job needs to in the same or similar occupational classification as the job for which the certification or approval was initially made.
When I filed the labor I was working as Software Engineer and now I am working as Sr. Software Engineer. So if I decide to switch, I will be at least joining as a Sr. Software Engineer.
In this case, does USCIS assume that my job title/description is different because my original labor was filed as "Software Engineer"?
Please advice... Thanks!
